3 lakes approx. 5.9 acres. Bulford 1.1 acres, Watergate 2.8 acres and Ratfyn 2 acres.Species:
Ratfyn - Carp 6-32lb with plenty of doubles. Watergate - Carp - average 20lbs biggest 36lbs, Pike running bigger than mid doubles. Bulford - Carp 2-3lb up to 12lbs, Roach up to 2lb, Perch up to 1.5lb, Crucians up to 2.25lb and Tench to 4lb.Permits:

Watergate - Day £15 - 2 rods, £18 - 3 rods, 24 hours £27- 2 rods, £32 for 3 rods ( 10am- 10am). Bulford Adults £10 per rod /£14 for 2 rods, 12 years and under £8. Ratfyn Day £15 for 2 rods, £18 for 3 rods, 24 hour £25 for 2 rods, £30 3 rods (10am - 10am).

All Lakes - Gates open 7:00am / Gates Close winter - 6:00pm and Gates Close Summer - 8:30pm.Methods:
