Water:
Four lakes from 1 acre to 4 acres. The Middle and Bottom Lakes are the best in the Country to target your 1st Catfish with plenty of Carpy action too! Species:
Carp to 25lb, Grass Carp, Wels Catfish to over 45lbs, Perch, Pike, Golden Tench, Golden Orfe, Blue Orfe, Golden Rudd and Koi.Permits:

Charges:
£10 per day, £10 per night for 2 rods maximum. £5 excess if found fishing without a permit. Non anglers pay the same.

All year, 8am-9pm or dusk (which ever is earlier).Methods:
