Foxdown Coarse Lake - Horns Cross, Nr Bideford - North Devon

Foxdown Coarse Fishing Lake is located approximately ¼ of a mile from the main A39 and ½ a mile from the coast near the village of Horns Cross near Bideford, North Devon.
Set in a natural habitat of beauty the lake offers some great fishing in a very tranquil setting - perfect to sit back and relax and enjoy!

Foxdown Water is a small coarse fishery with 2 ponds which are well stocked with Common Carp, Tench and Rudd. The main pond is about 300ft long with a smaller pond adjoining.
There is a w.c. on site and there are no specific swims, it’s very informal with the importance based upon peace and quiet and the wellbeing of the fish and wildlife.. Easy access to most of the site and it would take a wheelchair when conditions allow.

Foxdown Shepherd's hut is also located on the same site and may be available subject to booking separately.
Pre bookings are essential and are by appointment only with a session costing £8.00.
