~ Coarse & Trout Fishing Waters ~ extensive fishing rights on the Bristol Avon and Somerset Frome and the Midford, Wellow and Cam Brooks, all to the south of Bath
ATAA is a small club providing secluded River fishing for Trout and Coarse fish, located very close to Bath.
We control roughly 10 miles of river including the Midford Brook, Wellow Brook, Cam Brook, Somerset Frome and Bristol Avon. Fishing on the brooks is for Brown and Rainbow Trout, along with a few Grayling. The small membership and extensive water means very low fishing pressure.
There is a variety of fishing available, with some sections stocked (trickle stocking throughout the season), whilst the upper sections of the Cam and Wellow are left for wild trout to thrive and fished on a strictly catch and release basis.
Coarse fishing is available on the Bristol Avon near Freshford, the lower reaches of the Somerset Frome and the Midford Brook. You can expect all the usual species, with large Chub, Barbel and Perch.
******** Annual membership covers both trout and coarse fishing **********
