FLY FISHING COURSES AT WIMBLEBALL 2015

Sunday 22nd March Boat Fishing (course full)
Sunday 26th April Beginners Fly fishing Course (Bank fishing)

Extra courses will be arranged according to demand.
Cost: Beginners bank fishing courses £35, Boat Fishing £45 and includes a one day fishing licence and fishing permit
Beginners courses will cover tackle and equipment and how to assemble it, knots, casting ( overhead and roll cast), a little entomology and flies, angling law, safety and as much time on the water as possible fishing learning different methods, tactics and fish handling.
Meet at the Activity and Water Sports Centre, Wimbleball Lake for a 9am start and the course will finish around 4.30pm. Tackle and equipment will be provided but bring your own if you have it. Bring a hat and eye protection (I recommend Polaroid’s), wet weather gear, a pack lunch and plenty to drink (there is a tea room on site), a change of clothes just in case and wellingtons or waders for the bank fishing courses.
Courses will be led by John Dawson, a qualified and licenced Game Angling Coach.
