The 2016 Devon County Show commences this Thursday May 21st for three days. Celebrating the very best in Devon Country Pursuits, Food, Farming & Fun! at Westpoint, Clyst St Mary, Exeter, Devon, EX5 1DJ

Come along and say Hello to Get Hooked - We hope to meet on our Westcountry Fishing stand...

You and your family can have a go at casting with expert guidance on the casting pond plus competitions, and opportunity to try out a fine selection of Orvis rods and fishing tackle and loads more...

In the Country Life & Woodland Area, you can try fly fishing and archery with Fly-tying demos and the opportunity to have-a-go; Meet Alan Ridell rod builder; the West Country Rivers Trust, Salmon & Trout Trust; Kennick Fly Fishers and Get Hooked are delighted to be there too! plus many more angling related exhibitors

How to get to the show (Postcode - EX5 1DJ) :

By car

The Showground is one mile from junction 30 of the M5 on the A3052 Exeter to Sidmouth road.

Just follow the road signs! 

By train

The Showground is six miles from St David’s Station in Exeter.

By bike

There is a FREE bike park at every entrance

By bus

The 9 and 9A  buses (previously the 52A, 52B and 52C) from Exeter Bus Station runs approximately every 30 minutes during the day. The journey time is around 20 minutes and the Showground (Westpoint) is a regular stop.

Additional buses on the 9W route will run between Exeter Bus Station and Westpoint only. These will slot in between the regular timetable and will mean buses will run up to every 15 minutes between these two points,

From Exmouth use the 59 service; the first bus leaves Exmouth Bus Station at 8.30am then hourly during the day, last service back from Westpoint at 6pm.
